Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters[]

Adrianna is seen telling the father to take the children into the woods. In the woods, the children are captured by the Candy Witch. Throughout their childhood and their adult life, Hansel & Gretel hated their parents for abandoning them. Muriel then tells Hansel & Gretel about their mother, Josephine Williams and that she got a toy unicorn that she protecting is something spacial about it

She states that Adrianna was a white witch, and one day a rumor got out that she was a witch and the villagers came to their house to kill her. Adrianna then casts a spell on them, to make them go untouched by black magic. As the father take the children into the woods, she stayed behind. She was burnt at the stake. Muriel later reveals she spread the rumor in order to get rid of Adrianna who she describes as the most powerful white witch alive and too powerful for Muriel or her witches to defeat in combat.
