The Candy Witch

Candy Witch.

Witches are beings that mostly serve as the primary antagonists of the films.

Description[]

A witch is a human who practices magic. Like mortals, witches can be either good or evil. The origin of witchcraft remains unknown, however witches have existed for many centuries, passing down their knowledge and skills through (predominantly) female generations.

In the film proper, common witches and white witches are differentiated through their physical appearance and morality. Whereas white witches retain their human appearance (which allow them to blend in with ordinary humans on ease) and using their power for good, common witches use their powers to harm others and deformed by repeated use of black magic, transforming into demonic shadow of their former selves.

Compared to their benevolent counterpart white witches, common witches in the film are repulsive, if not necessarily demonic, to look at as result of usage of black magic. They range in size, depending on their diet; and clothing, depending on their origin. Regardless, they are originally human until the practice of dark magic and its usage for evil turned them into abomination (though Grand High Witch can revert to their original human appearance to blend in human society).
